Lana Matthews Sain is a poet and business analyst in Sewanee, TN, where she works and explores poetry, nature, and spirituality as paths to original Self. She is a mother, an ordained Zen buddhist practitioner, and occasionally steps out for remote adventures—all of which inform her writing. She recently received her MFA from Sewanee School of Letters, and work from her thesis project has appeared in Gleam Journal and Shō Poetry Journal.
